Shipping & Delivery

We want to make sure that your order is sent out to you as quickly as possible. We aim to send out all of our orders within 1 working day to make sure it gets to you quickly.

We offer FREE Domestic UK Delivery on all orders of £50.

Unfortunately, due to extremely high shipping costs, we cannot offer free delivery outside of the UK. We do offer shipping to a wide list if countries, though we do understand that shipping costs may severely raise the price of your order. You can use our Shipping Rates Calculator in the Shopping Cart after you have selected what items you would like (hover over your cart and select 'View All' to see your cart).


Returns & Replacements

In the highly unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the item/s within 14 days of receipt in the same condition as it was sent to you. Once we have received the return from you, we will send you (the purchaser) a refund for the cost of the item, including any delivery costs you paid to have the item delivered to you. Please make sure that you Contact Us prior to returning your items so that we can give you relevant information on addresses and what the solution to your issue will be.

If the item/s you received happens to be damaged or we have sent you an item not accurate to your order, we will attempt to resolve this issue by either replacing any damaged parts or arranging the collection of the incorrect item/s at our cost. We will deal with these issues on an individual basis so please make sure you Contact Us first.


Ordering

The easiest way for you to place an order with us is via our website. Simply add the item you wish to purchase to the cart, proceed to the checkout, fill out your details and you're done.

If you are unable to or are uncomfortable making payments online, there is no need to worry. You can order your requested items over the phone by calling 01886 888766. If you are ordering over the phone, please be ready with the details of the product you are trying to order (the SKU for example) so the sales assistant can help you as much as they can.

You can also get assistance with your order process by sending an email to sales@teme-industries.com. Please make sure that this email address is saved to your 'Safe Senders List' within your email account so that a response to your email is not sent to your junk folder.

Ordering from us online is perfectly safe, we have a SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate on our website to ensure that there is no way your data can be intercepted between you and us while filling in personal information or making payments. Payments, Pricing & Promotoins

We are only able to take payment via Paypal, Credit card or valid Gift Vouchers. Unfortunately, we cannot accept payment via cheque, cash or any other method.

All prices that you see throughout our website include VAT, this is not added on at the checkout.

We sometimes run discounts or sales on our website for promotions or events. If you are using a discount code or taking part in a promotion sale on our website, please be aware that you can only use one discount method per order, for example, you cannot use two discount codes in the same order.


Viewing Orders

Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive an email confirming your order. Make sure to check your Junk/Spam folder just in case it accidently got delivered there.

If you made an account when you ordered with us, you'll be able to check our order by logging in, going to 'My Account' and looking in 'My Orders'. Here you can see all of your existing orders you have made with us.

If you have placed an order with us and are unable to see it in either your email or your profile, please feel free to Contact Us to check the progress of your order.

If you have received confirmation for your order and there are any details that are incorrect or missing, please Contact Us as soon as possible so that we send you the correct order.


Updating Account Information

You can check on and change your current account information like your billing address and passwords at any time by logging into your account on our website, navigating to 'My Account' and view your details there.

If you are unable to view/update your information via 'My Account', we will be able to do it for you. Please Contact Us and we will be able to assist you.
